Congratulations! You have received a Gas Pass Rebate Reward. Submission of your signed Acknowledgement/Registration Form to Gas Pass Rewards Acknowloges your Acceptence of All terms and conditions and request for your Rebate Coupon(s). Along with submiting your Acknowledgement/Registration Form by certified mail, you must provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope with one First Class stamp for return postage to receive your first Rebate Coupon (and for each coupon thereafter) to begin your rebate process.

 

As a valued participant of this program your issue date and issuing sponser must be indicated and activation must be completed by certified mail or on-line within 21 calender days of the issue date or the offer is invalid/void. This promotional offer is non-transferable and has no cash surrender value. Only one gas rebate coupon can be redeemed within a 30 day period. A 30 day period is defined as receipts dated starting from 1st of the month ending on the 30th of the month. Example: if you receive your coupon on the 10th of the month do not begin collecting receipts until the 1st of the next month. Only receipts dated the 1st through the 30th will be accepted with the gas rebate coupon. A minimum gas purchase of $100 per 30 day period at an IIG approved gas station you pre-selected is required during the promotion period to receive your rebate. Rebate Coupon and gas receipts must be certified within seven (7) days of the last gas purchase receipts. Upon acceptance you will receive your next rebate coupon within 14 days along with your $25 rebate reward. Number of rebate coupons issued to you is determined by dividing the reward value amount on your brochure by 25.

 

All coupons have an issue date and are to be returned within the specific time frame or are void. Faillure to return in the specific time frame renders rebate offer null and void and no further rebate coupons will be issued. Only one rebate Coupon per 30 days will be fulfilled. If multiple coupons are submitted during the same 30 day period only one will be fulfilled and all others received are void. Coupons will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Once a Rebate Reward coupon is accepted recipient is entitled to receive $25 in the form of a check or gift card for the brand of fuel pre-selected. All obligations of Gas Pass Rewards or its agents will be discharged by issuing $25 and mailling it to the address provided by you.

 

Rebate Coupon(s) must be used by the primary recipient and is non-transferable and cannot be divided. Recipient must use the same credit card for all gas purchases. All receipts must inlude the last 4 digit number of the designated card in order to be accepted as a valid receipt. Coupons have no cash value and will not be accepted by the fuel retailer pre-selected. This rebate offer caanot be used in combination with any other offer. Gas receipts and Gas Pass Rebate coupons must represent submitter's actual consumer purchase of gas. Copies of receipts or proof of purchase will not be accepted. Limit one (1) rebate reward per household, address, group, or organization in a 18 month period. Maximim rebate reward value per household, address, group, or organization is $25 per coupon during the promotion period. Offer is void where prohibited by law and is limited to residents of the 50 United States, The District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada. Your rebate reward is issued in U.S. dollars. Any Tax is consumer's responsibility and not applied to your minimum purchase.
